Dear Potential VBI Student Housing Resident,

We are excited about your interest in VBI Student Housing. Our desire is to provide a comfortable, safe environment for you to pursue your Bible school education. Unfortunately, the number of spaces available in Housing are limited – both for our In Ministry Training students and those coming for Victory Bible Institute. To ensure that a space is reserved for you, these steps must be completed:

1. A completed Victory Bible Institute application on file at our offices
2. Be accepted as a student into Victory Bible Institute for the current year
3. A completed VBI Student Housing application on file at our offices
4. A $250.00 refundable security deposit turned into our offices


Please do your best to ensure these four steps have been completed as soon as possible. If you are not accepted into VBI Student Housing, if all of our spaces are filled, or you decide not to make use of VBI Student Housing, your deposit will be sent back to you. The security deposit is standard for anyone moving into an apartment, rental home, etc. Its purpose is to secure the owner from damage done to the residence. As a Housing resident, if you comply with the rental agreement, when you check out of Housing the security deposit will be refunded to you.

If your application is accepted, you will receive a letter with more specific information about VBI Student Housing. Please be sure that you have filled out the Requested Date of Occupancy in the Housing application. Also, as you get closer to your move-in day, please follow up that information with the time that you will arrive, that will ensure I am available to check you into Housing. You may move in at any time. If you move into Housing in the middle of a month, you will not be charged for the whole month. Our daily rate is $10.00. Rent per month is $250.00 and is due on the 25th of each month.
